We collect the information needed to run tournaments and payments: your name, mobile number, email (optional), in-game UID, device signals for anti-fraud, and transaction records. This data is used to operate your account, process deposits/withdrawals, prevent abuse, and provide support.
We do not sell your personal data. Payment processing is handled by third-party gateways; winnings payouts are made by the operator. You may request account deletion, after which your account is anonymised while transaction records are retained for audit and dispute handling.
Match entry fees are refunded automatically when a match is cancelled, returned to the same wallet(s) they were paid from. In squad matchmaking, held entry fees are refunded if a full squad is not assembled by match start.
Deposits added to the wallet are used for gameplay and are non-refundable except where required by law or at the operator's discretion. Winnings are paid to the withdraw wallet and cashed out per the withdrawal rules.
Register with your genuine Free Fire UID; it is your identity across lobbies and leaderboards. Room ID and password are revealed to registered participants shortly before start — do not share them. Results are declared by the match operator from in-game standings.
Cheating (aimbot, wallhack, teaming, ID-sharing) is prohibited. Reports may be filed within the post-match window; verified cheating leads to prize forfeiture, redistribution and bans. Abusive or false reporting is also penalised.
Battle Wallah is a mobile-first esports tournament platform for Free Fire-style custom-room matches, operated as a franchise network. Each operator runs their own branded app on shared, secure infrastructure with a single audited wallet ledger.
Battle Wallah is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Garena / Free Fire.
In-app: raise a support ticket from your Battle Wallah app — the operator's support team responds directly.
For operator or partnership enquiries, contact your franchise operator, who provides a dedicated support channel for their players.
